Mango Lime Lassi Recipe
Unlike a traditional lassi‚ which uses yogurt‚ this lassi uses a whole Thai coconut which provides a nourishing creaminess.

2 cup mango, cubed/chopped
1 whole Thai coconut
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
To taste sweetener
