Glass of superfood smoothie with a slice of lime made with Navitas Organics Superfood+ Greens Blend

Mango Lime Lassi Recipe

Unlike a traditional lassi‚ which uses yogurt‚ this lassi uses a whole Thai coconut which provides a nourishing creaminess.

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder
2 Cup Mango, cubed/chopped
1 whole Thai Coconut
1 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
to taste Sweetener

DIRECTIONS

Carefully open the Thai coconut and pour the water inside into a blender. Scrape out the coconut “meat” and add to the blender as well. Add the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth.

Taste sweeten if desired and enjoy. Serves 2.
