Low-Sugar Coconut Matcha Mojito Smoothie Recipe
Delightfully coconutty with a twist of lime and a hint of mint, this Low-Sugar Coconut Matcha Mojito Smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and is sure to give you an energy boost.
INGREDIENTS1 handful baby spinach and/or baby kale 1 cup coconut milk 2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend ½ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed Juice + flesh of lime (cut the rind and peel off completely) 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder ½ tsp. vanilla extract ½ tsp. ground cinnamon Ice |
DIRECTIONSToss everything together in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more ice if needed. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! Makes 1 serving
