Delightfully coconutty with a twist of lime and a hint of mint, this Low-Sugar Coconut Matcha Mojito Smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and is sure to give you an energy boost.

INGREDIENTS

1 fistful Spinach and/or Baby Kale

1 cup Coconut Milk

2 scoops Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend

1/2 cup fresh Mint

Juice + flesh of Lime (cut the rind and peel off completely)

1 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1 scoop Navitas Organics Daily Superfood Detox Boost

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Ice

DIRECTIONS

Toss everything into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Adjust consistency by adding more ice if needed.
