Iced 'Nana Matcha Latte Recipe
A creamy, delicious blend of dairy-free milk and banana blended or swirled with matcha and sweetened with honey is the perfect pick-me-up anytime of day.
INGREDIENTS1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder ¼ cup water 1 cup plant-based milk of choice ½ banana 1-2 tsp. honey Pinch ground cinnamon |
DIRECTIONSFill a glass with ice. For matcha swirl*, heat water to 160-170°F. Pour over matcha in a small bowl or cup and whisk well. Set aside. To a blender, add milk, banana and honey. Blend until smooth and pour into ice-filled glass. Pour matcha swirl decoratively over milk and banana mixture and top with cinnamon. Enjoy! *Alternately, blend all ingredients together, omitting the water, for a simple matcha 'nana latte. Makes 1 serving
