Ingredients
- 1½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Digestive Blend
- 3 Tbsp. + ½ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. each of ground cloves, cardamom and sea salt
- ¾ cup creamy cashew butter
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 1½ Tbs. coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup chopped dark chocolate (optional)
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup raisins

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, crack eggs and beat in 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar.
- Add cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and spices. Stir well.
- Mix in almond flour, both coconuts, oats, ½ cup coconut sugar, chocolate, pecans, cacao nibs, Digestive Blend, hemp seeds, and salt. Mix well.
Using a cookie scoop, place round balls on parchment-lined baking sheet. Press down slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are just turning golden. Cool on tray and enjoy!
