These little bites of bliss are loaded with wholesome ingredients, super easy to make and bursting with delicious flavor. Packed with creamy peanut butter and antioxidant-rich goji berries, they're the perfect on-the-go snack to fuel your body and keep your immune system in tip-top shape.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 Tbsp. flax meal
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

⅓ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
⅓ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
⅓ cup honey (or agave)
Directions
To a large bowl, combine oats, flax meal, coconut flakes, cinnamon, goji berries, and chopped pistachios. Mix well.
Add peanut butter and honey or agave. Mix well to ensure peanut butter is evenly distributed.
- Scoop 2 Tbsp. of mixture at a time and form balls by gently rolling with your hands.
- Store in the fridge or enjoy right away!
