DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter and sugar cones in a food processor and blend until a fine crumb mixture forms. Press about 2-3 tablespoons into bases of mini tart molds. Bake for 5 minutes and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed berries, goji berries, arrowroot starch, and sweetener. Evenly distribute berry mixture to each tart mold and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Serve tarts with toppings of choice and enjoy!
