Fudgy Cacao Brownies Recipe
These super fudgy chocolate brownies are not only irresistible, they also come with one sweet reward: a bonus boost of antioxidants, fiber, and minerals, thanks to the cacao inside.
Heat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment or foil, extending it up two sides. Set aside.
Remove the bowl from the heat and whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla and salt. Stir in flour with a spoon or spatula. Scrape the batter into your prepared pan and spread until it's evenly distributed.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out batter-free.
