Flu Buster Smoothie Recipe

Don't let its delicious flavor fool youthis simple smoothie is hard at work to keep you healthy! The powerful superfoods in the Immunity Blend help to keep your immune system at its peak, while mango helps improve digestion and elimination.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1½ cups frozen mango chunks

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Immunity Blend

Optional:

¼ tsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

⅛ tsp. ginger powder

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add additional sweetener, if desired.

Optional: Add turmeric powder and ginger powder to spice up the blend even more!

Pour into a 16-oz. glass or split between two 8-oz. glasses and enjoy.

Makes 1-2 servings
