Easy Vegan Chocolate Bread Recipe

Baking up this easy vegan bread is one sweet way to fill your home with a decadent chocolate aroma. It takes less than 10 minutes to whip together the ingredients and makes for a delicious breakfast or healthier dessert. Made with organic cacao and sweet nibs, this bread is the perfect balance between soft and crunchy.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup plant-based milk of choice

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Pinch sea salt

1 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the milk, vinegar, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract, whisking together until well combined.

Next, stir in flour, cacao powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt, and mix until well incorporated. Fold in sweet nibs.

Pour batter in the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with additional cacao nibs.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let bread cool for 10-15 minutes before gently removing it from loaf pan to cool completely on a wire rack.

Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
