Easy Vegan Chocolate Bread Recipe
Baking up this easy vegan bread is one sweet way to fill your home with a decadent chocolate aroma. It takes less than 10 minutes to whip together the ingredients and makes for a delicious breakfast or healthier dessert. Made with organic cacao and sweet nibs, this bread is the perfect balance between soft and crunchy.
1/2 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Sea Salt
1/2 cup Organic Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Almond Milk + 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Agave
Additional Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it using vegan butter or coconut oil.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, agave, vanilla and almond milk-AVC mixture, whisking them together until well combined.
Next, stir in flour, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, cinnamon and sea salt, and mix until well incorporated! Fold in sweet nibs.
Pour batter in the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with additional cacao nibs.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let bread cool for 10-15 minutes before gently removing it from loaf pan to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
