Dark Chocolate Ice Cream
1 can full-fat Coconut Milk
1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt variety)
2 servings (4 scoops) Navitas Organics Cacao & Greens Essential Blend
¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
¼ cup Liquid Sweetener of choice*
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's directions. Freeze to fully solidify. Defrost ice cream at room temperature to partially soften a few minutes before serving.
