Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

Come for the smooth and creamy chocolate flavor. Stay for the protein, greens, probiotics, and healthy fats found within! This low-sugar, dairy-free, guilt-free treat has so much to offer.

INGREDIENTS

1 can full-fat Coconut Milk

1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt (or other non-dairy yogurt variety)

2 servings (4 scoops) Navitas Organics Cacao & Greens Essential Blend 

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup Liquid Sweetener of choice*

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's directions. Freeze to fully solidify. Defrost ice cream at room temperature to partially soften a few minutes before serving.
*To make this treat especially low in sugar, try a low-glycemic liquid sweetener like Docedi, which has less than 6 grams of sugar per tablespoon. Alternatively, you can also use a sweetener like agave, maple, or another variety of your preference.
