Chocolate Goji Berry Bark Recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
¼ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
¼ cup crushed pistachios
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
½ Tbsp. coarse sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cacao wafers to a double boiler and gently melt until silky smooth, stirring frequently.
Pour melted chocolate onto lined baking sheet and smooth with a spatula to reach a ¼-inch thickness.
Working quickly, cover chocolate with goji berries, crushed pistachios, maple syrup and sea salt.
Freeze at least 2 hours, break into pieces and enjoy!
