Chocolate Energy Bites Recipe

Enjoy these easy-to-make‚ portable‚ tasty‚ fun, and flavorful bites and save money on the snack bars and balls that are so seductive in retail stores.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder

¾ cup raw walnuts

6–8 Medjool dates, pitted

Generous pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor fitted with the S blade‚ grind walnuts‚ salt‚ and hemp seeds into a fine meal. Add the dates‚ cacao powder and maca powder‚ and blend until the mixture is uniform and holds together when pinced.

Roll into tablespoon-sized balls. Store in the fridge to firm them up and to keep them fresh. They should last at least a week‚ unless you eat them all first!

Makes 18-20 bites
