Chocolate Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe

Indulge in the velvety smoothness of cottage cheese ice cream, infused with the rich chocolatey flavor of versatile cacao powder. It's a guilt-free treat that will have your taste buds dancing with delight. 

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
32 oz. cottage cheese
¾ cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. raspberries

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, vanilla extract, honey and cacao powder. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Pour mixture into a large bowl. Gently fold in raspberries.
Pour into a 5x9-inch loaf pan and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
