- 32 oz. cottage cheese
- ¾ cup honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. raspberries
Directions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, vanilla extract, honey and cacao powder. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl. Gently fold in raspberries.
- Pour into a 5x9-inch loaf pan and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
