Chocolate Avocado Pudding Cups Recipe

These super-simple, super-delicious chocolate pudding cups require very minimal ingredients and take just a few minutes to make! The best part: You can swap out our regular Cacao Powder for any other type of cacao in this recipe to adjust the flavor profile and texture!

INGREDIENTS

2 large ripe Avocados

1/2 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder (or Cacao+ Antioxidant, Cacao+ Longevity or Keto Cacao)

1/3 cup Milk of Choice

1/4 cup Sweetener of Choice

Pinch Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, optional

Toppings, optional (i.e. whipped cream and shaved chocolate)

DIRECTIONS

Cut avocados in half, remove the pits and spoon flesh into a food processor or high-speed blender.

Add cacao powder, milk, sweetener, optional vanilla, and salt to food processor/blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Divide into cups, top with desired toppings and enjoy, or store in the refrigerator in sealed containers for up to two days.
