Chocolate Avocado Pudding Cups Recipe
These super-simple, super-delicious chocolate pudding cups require minimal ingredients and take just a few minutes to make!
INGREDIENTS2 large ripe avocados ½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder ⅓ cup plant-based milk of choice ¼ cup maple syrup, or 1:1 keto sweetener of choice Pinch of sea salt ½ tsp. vanilla extract Toppings, optional (i.e. whipped cream and shaved chocolate) |
DIRECTIONSCut avocados in half, remove the pits and spoon flesh into a food processor or high-speed blender. Add cacao powder, milk, sweetener, optional vanilla, and salt to food processor/blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Divide into cups, top with desired toppings and enjoy, or store in the refrigerator in sealed containers for up to two days. Makes 4 servings
