Chia Water Recipe
One of the easiest ways to incorporate more chia seeds into your diet is to simply add them to your water to make a refreshing chia water! When mixed into water, chia seeds swell up to make a gel-like consistency, resulting in a filling drink to enjoy any time of day for a boost of hydration. Add a few berries or lemon slices to make this hydrating drink even better!
INGREDIENTS4 cups filtered water ¼ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds Optional: a handful of berries, sliced cucumber, fresh mint leaves, sliced citrus fruit or a squeeze of citrus juice
