INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

3/4 tsp Navitas Organics Camu Powder

1/3 cup fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Coconut Yogurt

2 Tbsp Agave Nectar

1/8 tsp ground Pepper

Liquid Stevia, to taste

2 heaping Tbsp fresh Basil, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

Place the cantaloupe, Camu Powder, lemon juice, yogurt, agave nectar, pepper and Stevia in a blender, and blend into a smooth liquid.

Stop the machine and taste for sweetness. Blend, should taste very sweet (sweetness will reduce slightly once frozen). If more sweetness is desired, blend in additional Stevia until optimal flavor is reached. Add the basil and blend briefly just to incorporate while leaving small bits of green intact for color.

Pour into popsicles molds and place into the freezer until frozen.
