Cacao Nut Butter Fudge Recipe

This easy-to-make recipe may look like your basic chocolate fudge, but each bite is bursting with a sweetly satisfying flavor combination of creamy nut butter and rich cacao.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond or cashew butter

4.5 oz (about 54) Navitas Organics Cacao Wafers

½ cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment and set aside. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the nut butter, Cacao wafers and maple syrup, stirring continually until smooth and combined. Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Pour into the lined baking pan and spread evenly. Freeze until solidified, 30 to 60 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

Makes 32 two-inch squares
