Cacao Banana Flax Smoothie Recipe
Cheers for chocolate! Have this drink to get you fueled first thing in the morning before you start your workout, or after to recover.
Add ingredients in order into a strong blender (it is important to keep the ice cubes on the bottom, closest to the blade).
Blend until smooth.
For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk.
Makes 2 cups
