Cacao Banana Flax Smoothie Recipe

Cheers for chocolate! Enjoy this energizing drink first thing in the morning, before you start your workout, or afterward your workout to boost recovery.

INGREDIENTS 

1 banana

1¼ cup plant-based milk of choice

1 scoop Navitas Organics Cacao & Greens Essential Blend

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

5 ice cubes

1 Tbsp. flax seeds

1 pinch sea salt

Optional:

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend

DIRECTIONS

Add ingredients in order into a strong blender (it is important to keep the ice cubes on the bottom, closest to the blade).

Blend until smooth.

For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk.

Makes 2 cups
