Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This smoothie bowl is a light and refreshing breakfast that's vegan, dairy-free, paleo, and soy-free. It's easily prepared with just five simple ingredients: banana, blueberries, chia seeds, vanilla, and plant-based milk. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy it with a spoon to start your day on a sweet note!

INGREDIENTS

3 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

½ tsp. vanilla extract

⅔ cup plant-based milk

Toppings (optional):

Fresh fruit

Unsweetened coconut flakes

Gluten-free granola

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.

Blend the ingredients until a thick and smooth consistency forms. If needed, add more plant-based milk to get the blender moving.

Transfer the smoothie to one large bowl or two small bowls. Top with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, granola or any other toppings you wish and enjoy!
