1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds, soaked 4-8 hours and strained
1½ cups Water
1 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 thumb Ginger
Pinch Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg and Clove (or Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend)
5-10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or Sweetener of choice)
