Adaptogen-Spiked Energy Elixir Recipe

The perfect blend of hormone-regulating adaptogens, sugar-balancing spices and seasonal flavors, this energizing elixir is a tasty, nourishing way to start your day that might just become your regular morning ritual.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds, soaked 4-8 hours and strained

1½ cups Water

1 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1 thumb Ginger

Pinch Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg and Clove (or Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend)

5-10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or Sweetener of choice)

DIRECTIONS

Heat water on stove until just under a boil.

Combine all ingredients with water in a blender and blend to creamy consistency.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer into mug, using a spoon to squeeze any excess liquid from mixture.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
