Stress-Busting Adaptogen Latte Recipe
While using herbal tinctures for their adaptogenic properties is highly effective, they leave a lot to be desired—from a taste perspective! Lattes, on the other hand, are a delicious way to enjoy your nutrients and perfect to sip on any time of day.
INGREDIENTS1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp. almond butter ½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend ½ tsp. cinnamon Maple syrup, to taste |
DIRECTIONSWarm the almond milk in a small saucepan on the stove. (It’s ok if it separates as you do this.) Transfer the milk to a blender, along with all remaining ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Add maple syrup to sweeten, if desired. Pour the latte into a mug and top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao powder before serving.
