Sausage & Veggie Hemp Stir-Fry Recipe
This sausage and vegetable stir-fry is topped with Navitas Hemp Seeds for reduced inflammation, improved organ function and increased immunity! Plus, since hemp is a complete protein, you can skip the sausage for a vegan version of the recipe.
INGREDIENTS1 link Chicken Sausage, sliced (optional) 1 cup fresh or frozen Spinach 1 cup fresh or frozen Butternut Squash, diced 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos 2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds, for topping |
DIRECTIONSHeat a pan over medium-high heat. Once it's hot, add the cooking oil to the pan. Add the sausage to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown. Add the diced squash to the pan (and more oil if it starts to stick) and cook for 5 minutes until it begins to brown. Add the spinach to the pan and stir to combine everything. Cook for 3 minutes until the spinach begins to wilt. Add salt and paper to taste and then add the coconut aminos, stirring to combine all of the ingredients. Serve the stir-fry in a bowl and top with Navitas Hemp Seeds. Enjoy! Makes 1 Serving
