DIRECTIONSSoak your cashews and coconut in a bowl in filtered water for 2-4 hours until soft. Add all ingredients into a high power blender‚ or food processor‚ blend until smooth and creamy texture. Place in a bowl to serve immediately with fresh cut fruit or place in jars to store in fridge until needed. - 1 Cup Navitas Organics Cashew Whole Nuts (soaked)
- 1/3 Cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 1/3 Cup raw Honey or pure Maple Syrup to taste
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ Cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes (soak for 2 hours to soften)
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
