Coconut Cacao Butter Spread

DIRECTIONSSoak your cashews and coconut in a bowl in filtered water for 2-4 hours until soft. Add all ingredients into a high power blender‚ or food processor‚ blend until smooth and creamy texture. Place in a bowl to serve immediately with fresh cut fruit or place in jars to store in fridge until needed. Ingredients
1 cup cashews
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

⅓ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Directions
Soak the cashew nuts and coconut flakes in a bowl of filtered water for 2-4 hours to soften.
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor‚ and blend until smooth and creamy.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator between use.
