Pecan-Hemp Protein Bites Recipe

This healthy, on-the-go snack is packed with plant-based protein and rich cacao. They're the perfect bite-sized morsels for fast-paced‚ high-energy lifestyles.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup raw Pecans
½ Cup Navitas Organics Mulberries
⅔ Cup Dates, pitted
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
¼ Cup Navitas Organics Hemp Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
⅛ tsp Cinnamon Powder
⅛ tsp Sea Salt
For Garnish:
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients, except the optional Hemp Seeds, in a food processor. Blend into a dough-like mixture, leaving a little bit of texture for chew but enough so that the mixture sticks when pinched together. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and spill the mixture out on top. Press into a flat layer then loosely wrap the parchment on top. Press into a neat flat square about 1” thick. Remove the parchment paper and cut the square into 25 pieces.
