Marine Mineral Ramen Noodle Bowl Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For the Marine Mineral Eggs:
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup water
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ inch ginger, sliced
2 soft-boiled eggs, peeled

For the Chili Sesame Oil:
1 tsp. sesame seeds
½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
½ tsp. grated fresh garlic
2 Tbsp. sesame oil

For the Soup:
2 cups water
½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. mirin

For the Assembly:
2 packages ramen noodles
1 carrot, julienned
1 scallion, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Make the Marine Mineral Eggs: In a saucepan, whisk together Sea Veggie Blend, soy sauce, mirin, water, garlic, and ginger. Bring it to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a jar or sealable bag, combine eggs and soy sauce mixture to marinate. Refrigerate for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Make the Chili Sesame Oil: In a heat-proof bowl, combine sesame seeds, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, ginger, and garlic. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully transfer oil to bowl of sesame seeds mixture. Let cool slightly and mix well.
Make the soup: In a saucepan, whisk together all the soup ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain well. Divide noodles and soup among serving bowls. Slice egg in halves and add to serving bowls. Top with chili sesame oil, carrot and scallion. Serve immediately.
