Kali's Superfood Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Made by Navitas team member, Kali, this super-easy superfood chocolate pudding uses our ethically sourced, Fairtrade certified Cacao Powder as a 1:1 swap for unsweetened cocoa. The result: a pudding that’s not only richer in taste, but also higher in fiber, minerals and antioxidants!
INGREDIENTS3 cups plant-based milk of choice, divided ⅓ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder ½ cup maple syrup ½ tsp. sea salt 3 Tbsp. organic cornstarch, or arrowroot powder |
DIRECTIONSBring 2½ cups milk, cacao powder, sugar, and salt to a simmer over low heat, whisking until sugar has dissolved. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add cornstarch to remaining ½ cup of milk and whisk until smooth. Add milk and cornstarch to the hot cacao mixture. Increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and whisk 2-3 minutes until pudding has thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour, serve, enjoy! Makes 4 servings

Directions
