Hot Chocolate Boba Milk Tea Recipe

Rich, chocolatey flavor in steamy hot milk with chewy boba at the bottom and a refreshing scoop of ice cream on top—this hot chocolate boba milk tea is the most satisfying way to enjoy a combination of your favorite drinks in one!

INGREDIENTS

½ cup tapioca pearls, cooked
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 packet of Navitas Organics Cacao Latte Mix
1 cup plant-based milk

Toppings:
1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream
Vegan chocolate sauce

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, microwave the tapioca pearls in boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Once cooked, remove from hot water, add in sugar and set aside.
Combine Cacao Latte Mix with boiling hot water. Heat up milk to desired temperature.
To serve, drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a glass. Add boba and cacao mixture into glass, then add in milk and top with ice cream.
Stir well and enjoy!
