Golden Milk Oatmeal Recipe
Vibrant turmeric turns this bowl of oats into a lightly golden and warmly spiced breakfast that is sure to be a new everyday favorite! And the best part is it's ready to go in under ten minutes.
INGREDIENTS1 cup water ½ tsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp. ground ginger ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper Pinch sea salt ¾ cup rolled oats ¼ cup Navitas Organics Mulberries 1 Tbsp. maple syrup ½ cup plant-based milk of choice 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped Seasonal fruit (optional) |
DIRECTIONSCombine the water, turmeric powder, ginger, black pepper and salt in a small saucepan and bring to bring to a boil. Stir in the oats, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, without stirring, for 5 minutes or until oats are tender. Remove from heat and swirl in the mulberries and maple syrup. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and drizzle with milk. Directions
