Genius Acai Bowl Recipe

You can feel smart about enjoying this amazing acai bowl! Created with all kinds of brain-boosting ingredients, including antioxidant-rich berries and omega-rich nuts and seeds, this nourishing bowl will help you eat your way to a better mind with every bite!

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder

1 Tbsp. roasted almond butter

1 Medjool date, pitted

¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or more as needed

½ cup frozen blueberries

 

Suggested Toppings:

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

Fresh berries

Shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine the banana, acai powder, almond butter, date and ¾ cup vanilla almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Add the frozen blueberries and blend once more until very thick and frosty, adding additional almond milk if needed.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top as desired.
