Extra Green Guacamole
A creamy guacamole with extra nutritional oomph, thanks to a superfood boost of Wheatgrass‚ which goes thoroughly undetected!
2 large Avocados, pitted and peeled
In a food processor, add the avocado, cilantro, wheatgrass, jalapeño, lime juice, and sea salt to taste. Puree until smooth, adjusting seasoning as desired. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with red onion, tomato and extra cilantro.
Makes about 1 1/2 Cups
