Extra Green Guacamole Recipe
A creamy guacamole with extra nutritional oomph, thanks to a superfood boost of wheatgrass‚ which goes thoroughly undetected!
INGREDIENTS2 large avocados, pitted and peeled ¼ cup (packed) fresh cilantro, chopped, plus extra for garnish 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Greens Blend 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced Juice of 1 lime Sea salt, to taste 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced ½ tomato, chopped |
DIRECTIONSIn a food processor, add the avocado, cilantro, wheatgrass, jalapeño, lime juice, and sea salt to taste. Puree until smooth, adjusting seasoning as desired. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with red onion, tomato and extra cilantro. Makes about 1½ cups

Directions
