Extra Green Guacamole Recipe
A creamy guacamole with extra nutritional oomph, thanks to a superfood boost of wheatgrass‚ which goes thoroughly undetected!
2 large Avocados, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup (packed) fresh Cilantro, chopped + extra for garnish
1 tsp Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder
1 Jalapeño, seeded, chopped fine
Juice of 1 lime
Sea Salt, to taste
2 Tbsp Red Onion, diced, for garnish
1/2 Tomato, chopped, for garnish
In a food processor, add the avocado, cilantro, wheatgrass, jalapeño, lime juice, and sea salt to taste.
Puree until smooth, adjusting seasoning as desired.
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with red onion, tomato and extra cilantro.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
