Coconut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Made with a healthy banana bread mix, creamy coconut oil and rich semi-sweet cacao wafers, this banana bread is the perfect balance of sweet, indulgent and wholesome. Whether you're enjoying it as a cozy breakfast or satisfying snack, each bite is packed with flavor and goodness.

INGREDIENTS

1 bag Belly Brand Foods Collagen Banana Bread Mix
2 bananas
3 organic eggs
⅓ cup organic coconut milk
cup Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers (chopped)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
½ sliced banana for decoration (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (save some Cacao Wafers for topping).
Pour batter into a silicone baking loaf dish.
Top with chopped Cacao Wafers and sliced banana.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Note: If you don’t have ripe bananas, microwave them for 2 minutes!
