Cacao Wafer S'mores Recipe

Our rich and luscious Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers add a decadent twist to this classic treat, making it the ultimate indulgence for any chocolate lover. Perfect for backyard bonfires, cozy nights in or a fun-filled family dessert, these s'mores are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS

8 gluten-free graham crackers
12 vegan marshmallows
About 36 Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers

DIRECTIONS

Place 4 graham crackers on a plate and lay out 6-9 Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers on each graham cracker.
Microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes until chocolate starts melting, but is not completely melted. Monitor so chocolate doesn’t burn. Remove from microwave.
Put a marshmallow on a metal skewer and hold 1-2 inches from gas flame on stovetop. Rotate frequently and blow it out quickly if it catches on fire.
Transfer marshmallow to a plate and repeat with remaining marshmallows.
Place 3 toasted marshmallows on top of each graham cracker and top with another graham cracker. Enjoy!

Note: Alternatively, you can microwave your marshmallows. After graham crackers and cacao wafers are heated in microwave for about 1 minute, add marshmallows on top and continue heating for 20-30 seconds, until the marshmallows get soft.
