- 8 gluten-free graham crackers
- 12 vegan marshmallows

Directions
- Place 4 graham crackers on a plate and lay out 6-9 Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers on each graham cracker.
- Microwave for 1½ to 2 minutes until chocolate starts melting, but is not completely melted. Monitor so chocolate doesn’t burn. Remove from microwave.
- Put a marshmallow on a metal skewer and hold 1-2 inches from gas flame on stovetop. Rotate frequently and blow it out quickly if it catches on fire.
- Transfer marshmallow to a plate and repeat with remaining marshmallows.
- Place 3 toasted marshmallows on top of each graham cracker and top with another graham cracker. Enjoy!
