Artichoke Hummus Recipe

INGREDIENTS3/4 tsp dried Oregano 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seed Powder 1 15oz can unsalted Garbanzo Beans, drained 6 oz frozen artichokes, thawed 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Olive or Flax Oil 1 clove Garlic, minced 3 Tbsp Tahini 2 Tbsp Scallions, thinly sliced, white parts only |
DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Refrigerate for up to one week. Makes 3 Cups
