5-Ingredient Turmeric Wake-Up Smoothie Recipe

This refreshing smoothie is a delicious way to enjoy a quick and easy breakfast while providing your body with inflammation-taming health benefits. Boasting a hint of sweetness and spice, it’s the perfect morning smoothie for the entire family.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Non-Dairy Milk of choice

2 cups Peaches, fresh or frozen

1 medium Banana, sliced

1½ tsp Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

1 tsp ground Flaxseed Meal

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Adjust the amount of milk, depending on desired consistency, adding 1 Tbsp more at a time, if needed.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
