5-Ingredient Turmeric Wake-Up Smoothie Recipe

This refreshing smoothie is a delicious way to enjoy a quick and easy breakfast while providing your body with inflammation-taming health benefits. With perfectly balanced sweetness and spice, it’s the perfect morning smoothie for the entire family.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plant-based milk of choice

2 cups peaches, fresh or frozen

1 medium banana, sliced

1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder

1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Adjust the amount of milk, depending on desired consistency, adding 1 tablespoon more at a time, if needed.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
