From our tiny bungalow kitchen in Los Angeles, Navitas grew from a belief in the power of plant based, whole foods to help us live healthier, more enriching lives. Over the years, we’ve learned just how impactful our sustained commitment is to sourcing the highest-quality superfoods the world has to offer, not only for your health, but for the economic health of small holder farmers, and as a viable way to protect the planet.
The vital importance of eating a high-quality, nutritious diet is more relevant than ever. The ongoing pandemic has more of us recognizing the need to proactively engage in preventative health measures to bolster immunity, as well as adopt more plant-forward lifestyles to reap the vast benefits this way of eating has on human and planetary health.
Nutrition quality not only has to do with specific macronutrients, but also the methods used to grow our food and the ways in which we preserve the ecosystem that has evolved to nourish and sustain us. As these recent years have demonstrated, we are past due for a reckoning and prioritization of human and planetary health. We must stop our deleterious ways and allow the earth to regenerate.
For years, Navitas has been striving to be a force for good in this world, and to create positive change through our nutritious foods.
