Gingerbread Goji Latte Recipe
Naturally caffeine-free‚ this superfood-rich‚ silky latte makes a special treat for the holidays with it’s abundant warming spices and sweet flavor.
INGREDIENTS3 cups plant-based milk of choice ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg ¼ tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Butter 2 Tbsp. maple syrup 2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Goji Powder 1 tsp. molasses ¼ cup non-dairy whipped cream, for serving (optional) |
DIRECTIONSIn a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. When the liquid begins to simmer, remove from heat and stir in the cacao butter. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving cups, topping each cup with some of the froth in the blender. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Makes 2 servings
