Camu Chia Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS1½ Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds ½ cup coconut milk ½ tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder 3-5 drops liquid stevia, or preferred sweetener Handful of organic raspberries Optional: Non-dairy vanilla yogurt |
DIRECTIONSIn a small bowl, stir together chia seeds, coconut milk, camu powder and liquid Stevia. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. The mixture will thicken and become a pudding-like consistency. Top with your favorite non-dairy yogurt and raspberries and enjoy as a light dessert or nourishing breakfast! Makes 2 servings
