Cacao Chocolate Bark Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 bag (8oz.) Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers

DIRECTIONS

Pour the entire bag of cacao wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until chocolate is melted, stirring between each interval. It takes about 3 intervals for the chocolate to melt.

Pour melted chocolate onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the chocolate evenly with a rubber spatula.

Place the baking sheet on a flat surface in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden.

Break into pieces using your hands or a knife.
