This smoothie has a great balance of protein‚ omega-3s and carbs and is packed full of antioxidants‚ vitamins‚ minerals and electrolytes. The banana and goji berries give it a great flavor and the coconut water adds sweetness without any added sugar.

INGREDIENTS

1 Banana sliced and frozen
1 Cup Coconut Water (or Water)
1 large handful Spinach
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Goji Berries soaked
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
½ tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder
½ tsp Spirulina
A couple Ice Cubes for a frostier smoothie
