The Navitas Pomegarita Recipe

This fruity mocktail margarita recipe is perfect for a hot summer day! Turn it into a happy hour cocktail by adding simply your favorite tequila. Bonus: the camu powder in this Pomegarita provides a full daily serving of vitamin C. 


4 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder

½ tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder

½ tsp. ginger powder

3 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup (+ 1 Tbsp. optional) fresh-squeezed lime juice

1 cup (+ 1 Tbsp. optional) coconut palm sugar 

3 cups water

¼ tsp. sea salt


In a blender‚ mix together all the ingredients until smooth, reserving one tablespoon of sugar and one tablespoon of lime juice. 

Rim four glasses with reserved lime juice and sugar, if desired, by pouring each ingredient into a shallow dish and swirling the glasses first in the lime juice and then in the coconut palm sugar. 

Add ice to the blender and mix for 30 seconds if a frosty drink is desired; or pour Pomegarita over ice into prepared glasses.
