Pineapple Sundae

Serve up this weeknight dessert favorite‚ which can be assembled in minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Pineapple
1 scoop Lucuma Rum Ice Cream (or your favorite coconut or vanilla Ice Cream)
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Maca Maple Cashews, finely chopped 
Agave Syrup, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Slice a one-inch round off of the pineapple. Slice away the peel and the fiberous core. Cut the pineapple into eighths and assemble on the plate in a circle. Place a scoop of ice cream in the center, sprinkle with Maca Maple Cashews and drizzle with agave syrup.
