DIRECTIONSSlice a one-inch round off of the pineapple. Slice away the peel and the fiberous core. Cut the pineapple into eighths and assemble on the plate in a circle. - 1 scoop Lucuma Rum Ice Cream (or your favorite coconut or vanilla Ice Cream)
