Maqui Berry Pancakes Recipe

Toss together this simple breakfast combination the night before a time-constrained morning and enjoy the combination of oats, tea and berries as an energizing and antioxidant-rich nutrient party for your body all day!

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Pancake Mix of Choice

1 scoop Navitas Organics Protein & Greens Essential Blend

2 Egg Whites

1/4 cup Milk of Choice

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maqui Powder

Optional Toppings:

Yogurt

Maple Syrup or Honey

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well, but do not over mix. It’s okay if the batter is thick and clumpy.

Heat pan on medium heat (if it gets too hot, it will start to burn) and grease with cooking spray or butter.

Spoon the batter onto the pan. Wait to flip until the pancake forms small air bubbles. Repeat until you’ve used all of your batter.

Stack your pancakes and top with desired toppings, such as yogurt, syrup and Cacao Nibs.
