Mango Goji Sorbet

Sweetness in a bowl

Fresh‚ smooth‚ with just a hint of tang‚ this fresh and easy sorbet is a beautiful end to a meal and a natural palate cleanser.

INGREDIENTS

3½ Cup frozen Mango
½ Cup Water
½ Cup fresh-squeezed Grapefruit Juice
⅓ Cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries Powder
¼ Cup Navitas Organics Cashew Whole Nuts
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar or to taste
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS 

In a blender, whip the cashews, water, orange juice and agave together into a smooth cream. Add the mangos and goji powder and blend into a thick frosty mixture. Enjoy right away as a soft-serve, or freeze for a couple of hours to further solidify. If frozen all the way through, let defrost for several minutes before serving. Makes about 3 cups.
