Comforting + warm
Enjoy lucuma’s natural sweetness and comforting flavor in this pillowy warm drink. You can simplify the recipe further by using just one of the milk varieties below exclusively‚ but the combination produces even better flavor.
1½ Cups Almond Milk
In a blender, blitz together the almond milk, soy milk, lucuma powder, and a pinch of nutmeg. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan, and turn the heat to medium on the stove top.
Warm the liquid until a rolling boil has just begun to emerge, then reduce the heat to low and cook for a minute longer, stirring frequently. Add additional sweetener if desired, divide the latte into serving cups, and dust lightly with nutmeg.
