Healthy Seed Mix
With Zesty Yogurt
This seed mix is everything lacking in most grocery store cereal/muesli/granola departments. It is nutrient dense‚ high in Omega 3's‚ and fiber.
½ Cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
Directions for seed mix:
Place hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, almonds, linseeds, and goji berries in food processor or spice grinder and process until finely ground. Add chia seeds, bee pollen and mix in. If you are keen for an extra bit of sweetness, which also brings out more flavor from the berries, add 1 T organic coconut sugar to the mix. Store unused portion in refrigerator.
Directions for zesty yogurt:
Blend yogurt with honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice in small bowl. Divide fruit in half and place each portion in the bottom of two good size serving bowls. Top with ½ cup yogurt in each cup. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of seed mix over. Drizzle 1 T raw, local honey over each serving if your sweet tooth is calling for your attention.
