Goji Basil Kale Krisps
Navitas Naturals Goji-Basil Cashews join forces with kale chips to make an exceptional snack!
1 bunch Curly Kale
Preheat oven to 250° F.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Wash the kale and dry very thoroughly (the drier the kale, the faster it will cook). Strip the stems away, and tear the leaves into large pieces; place leaves in a bowl. Add the olive oil and sea salt and massage the oil by hand into the leaves until as evenly coated as possible.
Place the Goji Basil Cashews in a food processor. Grind into a very fine flour. Pour the ground mixture over the kale, and massage into the leaves. Spread the kale leaves out on the prepared pan so that they do not overlap. Bake for 30 minutes and check for crispness, removing any leaves that may be crispy, then continue to bake for 10-15 minutes longer until all leaves are crisp, checking frequently.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
