Ginger Arame Salad

DIRECTIONSPut the arame and goji berries in a large mixing bowl. Pour the 1/2 cup of water over the arame and goji berries to re-hydrate them. Let stand for about 5 minutes until the arame softens. Add the cabbage, beets, hemp seeds, ginger, lemon juice, hemp oil, salt, and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings if desired. Serve immediately or chilled. Makes: 4 to 5 |
