Coconut Matcha Latte
The perfect grab-and-go iced Matcha latte when you’re running late in the morning.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil on the stove and turn off heat.
In the meantime, whisk together Matcha Powder with room temperature water in a large bowl until the powder becomes a paste and all clumps have dissolved.
Pour 3 cups hot water into the bowl, whisking paste into the water until evenly mixed – then pour into your blender.
Add culinary coconut milk and honey directly to blender, blend and serve.
