Chocolate Chip Oat Bars
Take these delicious & omega fatty acid-rich bars on the go for a filling snack anytime, anywhere.

DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil into a liquid. Pour coconut oil into a food processor and add in dates, almond milk, vanilla extract and Chia Powder. Blend until a smooth paste has formed, stopping machine and scraping down the sides if needed. In a large bowl, mix together oats, flour, baking soda, salt and Hemp Seeds. Stir in date mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and Cacao Nibs. Spread mixture onto baking sheet with a spatula into a half-inch layer. Cut wet dough with a knife into 4” x 2” rectangles or desired shape.
