
Chocolate Bark Recipe
This melt-in-your-mouth (and sometimes your hand) chocolate is loaded with antioxidants, healthy fats, and delicious, textural flavor, thanks to the crunchy cacao nibs and chewy goji berries. What better way to treat yourself at the end of the day!
INGREDIENTS⅓ cup coconut oil, melted ⅔ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder ¼ cup almond butter 1½ Tbsp. coconut palm sugar ½ tsp. vanilla extract 3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs 3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Goji Berries Pinch sea salt |
DIRECTIONSBlend the coconut oil, cacao powder, almond butter, coconut palm sugar, and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired. Pour the chocolate over a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, goji berries, and sea salt. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or until solid. Break into desired size pieces by hand. Store in a container in the refrigerator or freezer. Makes 12 servings
