Chocolate Bark

detox treat
This melt-in-your-mouth (and sometimes your hand) chocolate is too good to be true.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (75 g) Coconut Oil, warmed to liquid
2/3 cup (60 g) Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1/4 cup (65 g) raw Almond Butter
1½ tablespoons (18 g) Xylitol Granules or Liquid Stevia, to taste
Dash of Vanilla Powder
3 Tbsp (24 g) or more Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
3 Tbsp 17 g) or more Navitas Organics Goji Berries
Pinch of Sea Salt

OPTIONAL ADD-INS
Reishi Powder
Ashwagandha Powder
Navitas Organics Maca Powder
Chaga powder

DIRECTIONS

Blend the coconut oil, cacao powder, almond butter, xylitol, stevia, and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Add more sweetener if desired. You can also add a small amount of powdered reishi, chaga, ashwaganda, maca, or any other superfoods at this time. Go easy, as your chocolate could start to get bitter.

Pour the chocolate over a small baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, goji berries, and sea salt.

Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or until solid. Break into desired size pieces by hand. Store in a container in the refrigerator or freezer.
